Secure Notepad is a program that substitutes the Windows notepad, is practically identical to it, but with some additional functions that make it very attractive for many users.



In addition to saving files with the normal .TXT extension, you can also choose the .ETXT extension, a format that lets you encrypt a file with a password and an additional file keyword. The Secure Notepad program also includes an option to progressively fade the text contained in it to white, whenever the edit window is inactive.
